Duties
Under the guidance of the head sommelier, you will help take care of the entire beverage package:
- Selecting and serving the wines, beers, fermented teas & coffees.
- During service, you will also be jointly responsible for every aspect of the service:
- Welcoming customers,
- Proposing and serving dishes,
- Suggesting, making and serving all drinks.
- Together with your colleagues, you will set up the restaurant for a new service every day.
Profile
- Experience in gastronomy is necessary.
- Feeling for and basic knowledge of (natural) wines are a plus.
- Furthermore, you have a neat appearance and speak perfect Dutch.
Timetable
- Our restaurant is open for lunch on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
- We serve dinner from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Each week we make a work schedule in function of the restaurant's needs and your availability that week.
Offer
- You can start immediately.
- You will have a full time employment contract.
- Your salary will be discussed during your application in function of your experience.
- We also provide meal vouchers, group insurance and hospitalisation insurance.
- You are always free on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesday afternoons and Saturday afternoons.
