ResponsibilitiesAs a pastry chef and chef of the cold side, you are responsible for desserts and coffee garnishes in our restaurant.
You carry out your tasks under the guidance of the head chef.
Personal input is highly appreciated.
Additionally, you work with your colleagues on the rest of the mise en place and service in the cold kitchen.
